How it works

Five simple steps, led by the parent.

  1. A parent creates an account and adds their child

A few questions: a name you use at home and, if you like, an age. Nothing else is needed to start. You can add allergies, routines and what helps your child feel settled whenever you are ready.

  2. The parent invites the people who help

Invite a grandparent, a babysitter, a teacher or a therapist with a link. Choose what each person may see, and for how long. Nobody sees anything until you invite them.

  3. Everyone sees what they need, and no more

A relative can find food preferences, allergy warnings and calming ideas. A therapist sees what you shared and their own records. Confidential therapy notes stay with the professional unless they choose to share them.

  4. Day to day, information stays together

School daily updates, therapy session notes and goals, and messages about the child live in one place instead of scattered between notebooks and chat groups.

  5. Parents stay in charge

See who looked at your child's information. Remove anyone at any time and it takes effect at once. Download your information or ask us to delete it.

When someone else is looking after your child

Care Mode gives a relative or babysitter a clear page for the time you choose: what your child likes to eat and drink, allergy warnings, routines, how your child communicates, favourite toys and cartoons, screen-time limits, what calms them, and who to call in an emergency. When the time ends, the page closes by itself.
